The well-equipped galley kitchen boasts a gas cooktop and every modern convenience you need to prepare gourmet meals. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining space with a solid wood table that comfortably seats six, framed by large picture windows that flood the space with natural light and offer serene views of the golf course.

Downstairs, you’ll find two serene, carpeted bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a large ensuite with a rainfall shower, and its own north-facing patio—a quiet sanctuary to enjoy the morning air. The second bedroom offers two single beds and an ensuite complete with a bath, ideal for relaxing after a day’s adventure. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans and panel heating to ensure year-round comfort.
