As you step inside Snofall, you'll be greeted by a light-filled, spacious interior, featuring a large, comfortable couch and supersized ottoman—ideal for relaxing with your favourite book or show. You can easily sign into your Netflix account via the Apple TV, watch a DVD, or play something on the media player.
The living area immerses you in the surrounding landscape, with full-length double-glazed windows and reverse cycle air conditioning ensuring you're cosy year-round. If you're after total seclusion, simply close the blinds and enjoy your private sanctuary.
Outside, the private patio opens directly onto a lush lawn that blends into a nature reserve, leading down to the peaceful Little Thredbo River. From here, you can hear the soothing flow of the river—perfect for starting your morning with a cup of tea or coffee. A short 10-minute walk will take you along the Little Thredbo River to the main Thredbo River, offering beautiful sights along the way.
During the winter months, marvel at the snow-capped mountains, while in summer, gaze upon the dramatic granite outcroppings of the Main Range, including Porcupine Rocks. Wildlife enthusiasts will love the frequent visits from brumbies (wild horses), kangaroos, deer, and even the occasional wombat.

Check-In Time: Check-in is after 4pm, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. If this is unsuitable, we kindly ask you to consider alternative accommodation.
