"I have 2 complaints. 1. This lodge is not in the correct location on the Expedia map. 2. Although I had a confirmation code, they were not expecting me. The lodge is quite a bit out of town, which is not what I wanted or expected. However, the staff and the beauty of the accommodations made up for my 2 criticisms. "

"Love everything about this property. It may be isolated but we brought our own supplies for cooking our dinners, knowing that this property came with a kitchen. Views are spectacular!"

"An amazing hospitality and dinner experience after a pretty long road. I thought I would never feel welcomed like years ago in the Andes Lodge (close to Puelo, also in Patagonia)… but Sebastian, Hernán, Chris & Co exceeded by far our expectations in terms of service and gastronomy. Sad I just booked for one night… but I will be back shortly and for a longer stay. Congrats to the team !"

"All the staff were very helpful. The check-in manager was great. The evening restaurant waitress was overworked but pleasant. The setting was convenient and the room and public areas were clean and modern, but with traditional wood all round. However, the evening menu was a bit limited - to burgers and pizzas. We really fancied something a little more Chilean..."

"Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas."

"This is the worst type of review I've ever written. I booked this hotel for a friend that was picking me up. She drove 10 hours to Coyhaique Chile on terrible roads and this hotel doesn't exist by this name. It has changed hands multiple times in the last year or so and EXPEDIA allowed me to book a room under a hotel name that doesn't exist. My driver had no money of her own to rent a room. Completely ruined my last night at the fishing lodge because I had to try and get her into another...
