This is the worst type of review I've ever written. I booked this hotel for a friend that was picking me up. She drove 10 hours to Coyhaique Chile on terrible roads and this hotel doesn't exist by this name. It has changed hands multiple times in the last year or so and EXPEDIA allowed me to book a room under a hotel name that doesn't exist. My driver had no money of her own to rent a room. Completely ruined my last night at the fishing lodge because I had to try and get her into another place while I was far away. I DEMAND A REFUND!!!!!

Una estadía de primer nivel, el lugar invita al descanso, sin televisores ni los molestos ruidos cercanos a la ciudad, el entorno espectacular, la calidad de la atención de los administradores es extraordinaria, la atención especial y la voluntad para asesorarte desde lugares para comer, visitar o desarrollar un tour por la zona. Se agradece un lugar así, donde vale la pena regresar.

o local é muito bonitto mas a administração era nova e tivemos varios problemas com a agua quente e com braulho do ar condicionado no quarto. nos colocaram em um quarto grande mas sem vista. pedimos para mudar mas tivemos o problema do ar mas tenho certeza que vão melhorar. as instalações são otimas
