"The local property managers were great. The location is close to everything we were doing. The neighborhood was a bit run down but the neighbors are very nice. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We would stay again, it’s ridiculously close to the Palace. A bit of a walk to MVP but easy- restaurants, stores and bars easy to walk to."

Water pressure not very good in the kitchen sink but fine in the bathroom. The owners were easily reachable by email and were able to accommodate our request for extending the checkout time by 2 hours--much appreciated!"

It sticks and falls off. Other than that the apartment was beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. 20 min easy walk past cr*ck heads to MVP arena. "

"The place is great, it needed a good sweeping. But when the saw the listing it stated there was a hot tub. Upon arriving we found there was no hot tub. The owner said he probably put that by accident. Which we found frustrating because it was one the reasons we chose this location.The communication was okay, it could’ve been better."
