"Arrived to a room without a pull out couch . Staff upgraded room . Excellent service from staff . However the bedding was deffinetly not cleaned as there was eithrr lipstick or blood on the sheets under the blanket . Other than that it wasnt a bad place . "

"Staff were all lovely. Check in easy. Great location for downtown. Nice rooms. Loved the showers . Noise from the hallway felt like people walking by were right in the room with us. Only real disappointment was the room service. $76 for 2 breakfast after tip and they show to the door with our breakfasts in take out containers and plastic cutlery. "I liked that the facility was well taken care of and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The weekend I stayed was a children's "hockey tournament" so the hotel was anything but quiet - however, I did not let that deter me from enjoying my stay. Life happens :) "

"Stay was great. Our carpets were still wet after a shampooing. And the hotel had no issues switching us rooms to s floor with a dry carpet. This helped with two toddlers. Dry socks are very important! So the hotel was clean and accommodating "

"The breakfast that was included was delicious. The mini fridge was a great size and empty! There were common things you could purchase down by the front desk if you forgot something. The double queen room we booked had lots of storage space, shampoo conditioner body wash hand soap and body lotion. The bedding was very clean along with the room.
