Combining modern elegance with cosy cabin style, you will instantly feel a sense of relaxation and tranquillity from the moment you arrive at Brickworks and Vines. With river views as far as the eye can see and acres of grounds just waiting to be explored, you will never be short of entertainment here. Inside, the house boasts a beautiful sunroom, a cosy living room and three delightful bedrooms. The outside space is perfect for leisurely days spent wandering through the grounds, preparing delicious alfresco feasts on the BBQ or pizza oven and relaxing in style from the comfort of the barrel sauna with the river as your backdrop.
The space
Step inside this beautiful abode and into the bright and airy sunroom where you can spend leisurely days relaxing on the sofa while admiring the serene lake views, gathering around the eight-seater dining table to plan your next adventure or to wine and dine together. When the sun is shining, slide open the patio doors and venture out to the decking to sit and enjoy your stunning surroundings.

The sunroom leads to a cosy lounge, complete with a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV and a comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for lounging on after a day of exploring.

Next door is the well-equipped modern kitchen, providing everything you will need to self-cater with ease. You will have access to an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a built-in SONOS music system.

Adjacent to the main house, there is an additional room which can be utilised for an abundance of activities including movie nights on the projector or yoga to start the day right. The studio is complete with a sofa, yoga mats, weights, a SONOS music system and a baby grand piano.
There are three luxurious bedrooms, two of which are king size and one twin. All bedrooms have access to the shared hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The outside space can only be described as the jewel in the crown of this property. Within the 24 acres of grounds, you will have access to a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and pizza oven, a comfortable rattan sofa and a barrel sauna, so you can truly admire the views in style. You can also enjoy the manicured lawns, woodland, private lakes and lagoons surrounding the house.

The estate also provides a selection of activities to enjoy throughout your stay, including leisurely rides around the estate in the electric golf buggy or Pendleton bicycles (two adult and two children-sized bicycles are available), a vineyard tour and yoga classes. Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
