Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location and a very confortable townhouse for you to enjoy your break away.
