"Nice apartment in a good central location ... only 10 minutes from the main street in Port Douglas. Lovely welcome from the receptionist, Rhian, who gives a great first impression. Nice swimming pools, although could do with some umbrellas over lounges for some shade. Balcony area was dirty and therefore not inviting. Overall a good stay though."

"This was our 3rd time staying in PD, first time at Saltwater - which was absolutely amazing. The location right in town on Macrossan is awesome. It is right in the middle of everything, but still very quiet in the room. So much easier than grabbing a shuttle all the time if you stay at the resorts out of town which we had done previously. Staff were very kind, kids loved the pool. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings and a nice outlook from balcony. We will be back!"

"Accommodation was fine. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and there was no wifi for a week. Very hard to get work done when there is no wifi. Communication on the wifi issue stopped after my second night, which is disappointing. "
