The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. "Stayed here 2 nights, lots of decent restaurants within walking distance. Spa was very nice but busy, massage was fine. Great location to Parma and Modena, nice boutique hotel would definitely stay here again "

The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' sorted that.
