"Staff was good. Property in general is old and needs a lot of updates. Hallways are very dark. Room in general seemed clean, but the hair dryer exterior surface was super dirty and sticky. Easy walk to the MainStrasse area. We did not eat at the restaurants. I’d probably stay at a more updated property if in Covington sgain. "

"Staff was great ,curteous, helpful. Breakfast was very nicel! Wanted to love the hotel but the devils in the details Rule for housekeeping totally unacceptable (must request service 1 day prior). Linen improperly installed or didn't fit. No luggage stools, 3 tv's 2 remotes. Common area carpet worn. Fresh linen or towels occupants responsibility. Too many minor details but i would consider it again"
