The manager Ms. Carlota was very kind, polite and accomodative to every request.She arranged for special decrations for my daughter"s birthday. "Hotel localizado a 5 km de Nelas, em frente às termas de Caldas da Felgueira. Nessa localidade nao há lojas ou mercados, somente em Nelas. Devido ao Covid, os restaurantes estavam fechados. Os quartos desse hotel tem um bom tamanho, com cozinha, o que facilita a estadia. O banheiro é com, com banheira. O pessoal é simpático e agradável. "

"Great location for walking all over the city. Easy onsite parking but if you cannot find onsite parking, off-site parking is free everywhere. The staff was most helpful and the breakfast was simple but tastyeans enough. "
