"We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location."

Jeff was very responsive to any questions and provided a nicely stocked kitchen and fridge. Lots of space to spread out and comfy beds. We would rent again. "

"We gathered for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds and bedding and a huge space to all be together. The fire pit and yard games were so much fun. We walked around the beautiful property and went into Charlottesville for the day. Great location would highly recommend. "

"The house and property were beautiful. My husband got to fish a few times in the river. We walked on the property a lot. Communication was great with Glen. He was very quick to respond to problems. The house was on a stunning secluded piece of land outside Charlottesville and offered incredible views. The house was very well appointed and they certainly thought of everything. "My wife Teresa and I have been staying here for 11 years now. Every year for the last eleven years we have stayed the last week of Oct. The view is incredible. It never gets old. Something else that is very important to my wife and I is that the foyer door is only about 15 feet from the parking lot and its a flat walkway. "Everything about the property was planned and built with top quality. It was easy to communicate with Terry who was very friendly. We have never stayed at a property with such access to privacy yet many on-site activities. We loved it. Well worth the drive!"
