Set in the middle of the Ardèche, close to the town of Privas (2.5 km) with nice squares, a public pool, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. Lake in Privas (2.5 km) can also be visited for a lovely picnic. If you are interested in water sports, then head out to Veyras (7 km) or go hiking or cycling nearby. Le Puzin and Chomérac are other nearby towns that can be visited.

The villa is on an enclosed private estate, with a roofed terrace from where the panoramic scenery can be enjoyed. This home has amenities ranging from a fireplace to a well-equipped kitchen, the villa offers all the required amenities for an awesome holiday. Enjoy a dip in the seasonal heated pool while watching the kids jump around in the garden.

The nearest motorway is located 20 km away.
