"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. Groceries were discarded prior to my departure (staff gave me complimentary salad-yum!). No electrical outlets/USB by beds. And, yes beds are RIGHT next to each other-bit weird. Pros? "Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...
