While we never needed any assistance from Robin I could tell she would have gone above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay."

"This place was sloppy. Cobwebs everywhere spills all over cupboards. The furniture smelled like body odour. The bed was uncomfortable. There was absolutely no condiments like salt and pepper and no drinking glasses. This place really needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade of furniture."

"Very comfortable stay for 2 couples. Mama bear and 3 cubs wandered through the property early one morning for a photo opportunity! First evening a deer was grazing in the backyard. A great Canadian experience for our Australian guests."

"We had a wonderful time being hosted by Shannon at the Heather Cottage. Tucked away in a quiet location right on a wetland, it’s a great escape from the day to day. The cottage is cute and cozy, with everything you need for your getaway. We loved the fresh farm eggs, and the ambience. While it doesn’t have a kitchen, it was set up practically and with attention to detail: a mini fridge, microwave, good coffee maker, and two sets of dishes at a sweet little table by the window. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. Communication with the host was prompt, clear, and friendly. I would stay again for sure."
