Direct access to the beach. On the 3 rd floor of the building LE GALION res "LES MARINAS" avenue de l'essart Courseulles.
entrance, beautiful living room with kitchenette, sofa bed (BZ), room with double bed, fireside for an extra bed. large loggia overlooking the sea, bathroom with toilet and private parking
At your disposal cot, high chair, covered plates.

Linen NOT SUPPLIED, provide sheets, towels and tea towels (optional)
Cleaning service not included participation in heating in winter

I make a reading of the EDF meter at each entry and exit following many abuses of heating
I ask everyone to have a reasoned and reasonable use of heating
My rental rates are not high so I ask for a contribution to heating costs
I do not always invoice flat rate the apartment must be returned in perfect cleanliness and tidy as on your arrival

Très bon emplacement et vue sublime
Les + : Très bonne location, bon emplacement avec vue imprenable sur la mer, proche de tout. Plutôt bien équipé il y’a ce qu’il faut :) Les - : j’aurais préféré un lave linge plutôt qu’un lave vaisselle. 🤣 Et un support pour le pommeau de douche serait un + (j’en ai acheter un à ventouse pour me dépanner car avec un enfant c’est bien plus pratique 😂) En tout cas Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Good location overlooking Juno beach suited are needs as we had breakfast then headed to landing beaches and other places of interest and came back late evening for bed loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound and smells of the sea

location faite de bric et de broc !
décevant par rapport aux photos de votre site, tout est du bricolage, l'installation électrique n'est pas aux normes et même dangereuse(micro onde sur une petite table,four par dessus, cafetière électrique encore par dessus le tout alimenté par une prise multiple posé par terre!)le chauffage de la sale de bain est mural et le fil pend pour un branchement éventuel sur une prise près du sol ! BZ avec des lattes toutes cassées, lit ds la chambre repeint de manière grossière et 2 petits matelas l'un sur l'autre qui font des vagues ! porte de l'armoire de chambre une charnière cassée et un tiroir sans poignée repeinte grossièrement , pas de plafonnier mais une seule lampe de chevet et un chevet pas repeint mais badigeonné de peinture grossièrement aussi (tout est récupération) papier peint d'aprêt blanc dans la chambre mais pas terminée en dessous de la fenêtre ,frigidaire n'ayant pas de porte de freezer l'eau coule sur les aliments, peinture écaillée partout dans le reste de l'appartement et du balcon intérieur, cette personne se vante de posséder 8 appartements sur le secteur c'est du bisness et que du bisness rien de plus conclusion extrêmement déçus, indigne de votre site!

direkt über dem Strand frühstücken, was will man mehr. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Sehr schön. Kann man nur empfehlen.
