"Although this could be a beautiful house, it is not represented by the photographs. The house is in need of substantive refurbishment. I believe the photographs are many years old. The gardens are now so overgrown and a dumping ground for garden rubbish. The pool is very nice but the plants in tubs are all dead. The pool would benefit from more regular cleaning.
