"Lovely staff great location and excellent value for money"

"Great experience for my first time visiting Paris! From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming friendly and multilingual ! Charlotte helped me with my check in process and she was lovely. Accessing things you might need to your room is fast and convenient via message. You’re able to leave your luggage before and after check-in. Room was for 3 people and it was decent size. Buffet breakfast was very good. Two train stops less than 5 minute walk away. Since it’s by the Eiffel Tower restaurants nearby. Walking to the Eiffel Tower less than 5 minutes just steps away."

"Need more choices on the room service menu. More water needs to be provided. Only one bottle was provided in the room at initial check in and it had to keep being refilled by staff. Breakfast was good, but cold. "

"The bed was super comfortable. The room was a nice size. Breakfast offered included eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, several types of bread and pastries. Super close to train station. Only thing is that the shower was tiny. Shower was big enough just to stand in but not move around. There is a grocery store about a 5 min walk away."
