"Lovely location and ideal for the kids in the centre of Châteaux country. We stayed in a yurt which was really comfortable and spacious for three and a toddler but we did have house envy of the tree houses which are magnificent. Loads of things to occupy the kids especially the under 5’s. Campsite is secure with combination locks on the gates so we could allow our toddler to play without worrying. Shower blocks are wonderfully simple but clean and effective. Difficult to find fault but the...

No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. "The hotel is very basic but the rooms has enough space and a balcony which was great for the dog. The location is great, easy walking distance to Tours old town. The staff didnt speak much English but we manage to understand each other in Spanish. She was super helpful and welcoming"
