Beachfront Cabin on Whidbey Island

Come unplug, relax, recharge and de-stress at this beach retreat on central Whidbey Island! Walk along the beach and enjoy the views of the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound, and watch the ferry cross back and forth between Coupeville and Port Townsend. Visit nearby Fort Casey State Park or the Crockett Lake bird sanctuary. There are many outdoor activities to choose from, as well as good food, services, unique shops and even a whale museum!

The cabin is small, cozy and cute. With great windows for beach and water views! Open kitchen living and dining space, with two bedrooms and one full bath. The larger bedroom has a King size bed, closet and dresser. The 2nd bedroom, just off of the dining area, is smaller with a queen bed, dresser and closet. The full size bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Keystone avenue follows the water and is a quiet road that allows for a nice stroll if you don't want to walk on the rocky beach.

Shopping, eating, wine tasting, hiking, biking, parks, water fun etc. is all close by! Take the nearby ferry to Port Townsend - you don't even need to take your car. The town that almost was Seattle, is full of great shops, dining ,and history! Other fun things there include a theater, wooden boat center, marina, museums, Fort Warden... with local tours available.

Shopping and dining opportunities can also be found in nearby Coupeville, as well as Oak Harbor, Greenbank, Freeland and Langley. Coupeville is the oldest town in Washington State, and a great home base for exploring locally.

Whidbey Island is also in close proximity to Seattle, Anacortes, and the San Juan Islands for an enjoyable day trip. From arts, farmers markets, music, and seasonal events such as winery, farm and art tours, to apple pressing, parades, welcoming the whales, etc. there is often many more activities happening around here than one can possibly partake in!

So come unplug, and unwind and get reconnected with yourself, a loved one or friend. The busy world will still be there when you get back, but you will be better able to handle it!

(The Navy jets do fly over when doing their training. It's fun to watch but is noisy. Be sure to ask for more details if you have any concerns.)

Keystone cabin
It was a great place to stay. I grew up on the south end of the island and have been bringing my family back to see where I grew up. This is one of the better cabins we’ve stayed at so far.

Thanksgiving vacation with family
Our family came to the island to celebrate Thanksgiving with us so we needed extra lodging to accommodate all and we found this cute little rental near us. These are the comments from our family: It was a nice place. Comfortable, Clean Linens, Nice furnature, Very small kitchen but an amazing wall of windows for a great view. Easy beach access

Amazing view
The view from this cabin is so wonderful, but not easy access or walking on the beach especially if your not as young and graceful as you used to be.. but there are 2 really nice beaches very close. Very convenient to Coupville and if your hungry stop up at Callen’s right across from the ferry the food is amazing

Adorable little house in the perfect location!
This place has everything you should need for a few days stay....linens, plates, pots and pans, etc. Watch the animals on the water even catch the cruise ships coming and going if it's the right time of the year. Just a short walk to Driftwood Park and a very short drive to the ferry to Port Townsend and Fort Casey.

Lovely cabin on the beach
We had everything we needed at the cabin. It was perfect for a girlfriend getaway. Beautiful view! Great communication with the rental company. If you have any issues they are quick to respond. Located very close to the ferry to Port Townsend. Just a couple minutes away from Fort Casey and the sweet little town of La Conner. Really enjoyed staying here.

Great place.
Great place to stay. I came with my 13 year old grandsons and they loved the beach. We saw a lot of marine traffic, including an aircraft carrier and 4 cruise ships. The only thing lacking was an internet connection (wi-fi would be great) and better TV reception. We only got a few TV channels. With kids these are necessary.

Bonus summer days!
We had an amazing time here at this simple place right on the water. Opening the blinds every day to reveal the Sound just outside was magical. We sat on a log on the beach and saw an otter swim by, and a porpoise, and many eagles. The Ebey’s landing hike is not to be missed. And the host was lovely; she mailed us the raincoats we forgot in the coat closet as we left. We’ll definitely be on the lookout for openings to come back here.

Great except for jets
This property was as described and was generally clean and comfortable, and in a very nice location. However, you really should disclose the noise from the jets practicing touch-and-go landings at a nearby field, and coming in very low over the house.

Location, Location, Location
This place will not blow you away with luxury. It will blow you away with a magnificent view. We spent 2 or 3 evenings just sitting out watching the salmon jump, the dolphin swim buy and even a seal check us out. Magical. The house is very functional. It is not large, but has everything you need. The directions, onboarding etc.... was flawless. They were easy to work with. Highly recommend.
