"Beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. Very frosty conditions during our stay which added to the overall ambience. Staff very attentive. Food was excellent. We had a lovely dinner in the Hermione restaurant. Breakfast choice very good. Bar was very busy in the evening with just one person serving so it could have been better staffed. "Wow! What a place. The pictures on the listing looked pretty incredible, and in person was even better! My family and I loved the castle. I think the location was great, in that we were able to take day trips and see a number of places on our list (Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle, Blarney Stone, Cliffs of Moher, Kilkenny, Kinsale, Killarney, Dublin).
