"Arriving at apartment location we had no problem finding parking. We used the ropery car park that was only 2.50 a day at this time of year.Having climbed the beautiful staircase to the third floor. "Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. "Property was spacious and nicely decorated but unfortunately not the cleanest or well soundproofed with flats above and below. The views made up for it but various Crockery and saucepans had to be cleaned before use, rooms were a bit dated with paint chipping off walls in the bathroom and the brambles on the driveway and path leading up-to the property could also do with cutting back. Having said that great location for visiting the beaches and could never tire of the view it gives you."

"The property in Woolacombe was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and every thing you could possibly need, even down to toothpaste, for the perfect stay. Jenny the house keeper texted to say the apartment was ready early and access was as easy as the info sent said it would be. It was ideally situated overlooking the beach yet close to town centre. Jenny and her team, if she has one, did a great job of keeping the apartment in 100% top class condition."

"Excellent position. Kitchen was poorly equipped with only 3 teaspoons, no oven gloves, not enough glasses, no scissors. TV control didn’t work and very noticeable line on the T V screen. No light above the mirror in the twin room. Door to the laundry cupboard on the landing kept opening with a bang. Would like to stay again but would hope that these things would be fixed."
