"We were lucky to find the Twilight Lake Chalet for a brief Valentine’s trip to Donnelly. The location on Lake Cascade is unparalleled, with great views of the ski runs at Tamarack Mountain Resort. It was easily accessible from town yet felt like a private chalet in the woods. The house was modern but comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to have some great meals. "Our family enjoyed all the amenities - the view of the lake from the deck and living spaces, the well appointed kitchen, board games, hot tub/sauna, movies, and host gift. We saw lots of wildlife including birds, chipmunks, and a red fox on the property. It is a short drive to Tamarack and McCall. If you are planning to cook, you may want to plan a trip to McCall for groceries your first day to stock up."
