Bad points; the whole house needs a complete makeover, everything is old and scruffy. "A spacious very well equipped gite in a rural agricultural region. Several very pleasant nearby towns which have a good selection of shops, cafes, restauants etc. The hosts were very pleasant and respectul and it was a treat to hear owls at night."

We were there in late October and while there is heat, it is an older drafty house without modern windows etc and the thermostat limited to 19 C, which felt kind of chilly. I think it would be wonderful in summer. Kitchen was good except all the knives were very dull- hard to cut our baguette. The listing says there is a dryer and hot tub, but there is not.
