"Arrival - we found the property with no issues. Property zip code took us straight there. Bedlinen and bathrooms were clean. Flies were a problem, mushroom growing in the shower, tiles in shower need updating and replacing, door latch plates were all loose (made doors difficult to close), we didn't manage to get the tv working at all, light fittings in the kitchen were hanging dangerously from the ceiling, oven very dirty and difficult to light (think the gas jets needed a clean - i gave up),...

"We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. "pas de contact physique avec la proprietaire maison sale ,télé ne fonctionne pas ,-beaucoup de fuites d eau(wc-salle de bain vasques-) pas d eau chaude pendant -1 mois et demi -bouteille de gaz vide-que j ai du remplacer a ma charge malgré les relances avec la proprietaire aucune action elle nous méme en bateau et promet beaucoup de choses mais rien hélas rien les prises de courants sont décollées -beaucoup de jouets pour enfants qui encombres les chambres la clé se trouve dans le pot de fleur...

"Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It is located in a very quiet street near the lovely centre of Saint Benoît village. Downstairs the tastefully furnished kitchen and lounge overlook a beautiful big garden. We stayed a week and even on rainy days the large patio doors meant the house still looked very bright, with a nice view of the terrace and garden. "Das Haus ist ein kleiner Anbau am Haus des Besitzers. Das war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu erlesen. Die Eigentümer waren aber sehr disķret. Die Toilette ist ein kleiner Raum im Schlafzimmer. Zu empfehlen ist der Bäcker in Rouille und auch der Markt am Freitag in Rouille."
