"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "This little gem is amazing! We booked it for a last minute stay when we found ourselves in the area and it was getting late and we were tired of driving. What a pleasant surprise! The rooms was absolutely adorable. Loved the attention to detail! It was so clean! We had a really lovely stay and will definitely be back next time we are in the area! "

"Not luxurious, but perfectly good for a one night business stay. Tucked away in a industrial/retail estate. Room was in a delegate block to the reception and breakfast room. Good continental breakfast offering. Would stay again. "

"Un hôtel agréable, mais aux chambres vraiment petites. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un accueil efficace qui nous a permis d'arriver très tard sans complications. Il est situé près d'un rond point assez passant, ce qui en rend l'accès aisé, mais force à garder les fenêtres fermées la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Mon seul bémol est la taille des chambres, où il est difficile d'avoir plus qu'une valise de taille cabine ouverte dans la chambre. Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "
