"We had a very pleasant stay - the staff was amazing, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and well-furnished. The one issue we had was the noise from the renovation that started in the morning around 9am and continued through the day. Fortunately, once we were out sightseeing we did not have to put up with it. "

"From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! "First time staying in this hotel the night before transferring to Santa Fe (only a 10 minute walk away). Staff were great, room really spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but nice and explained well. My only disappointment was the noise - lot of rooms close to together so when the bus drops ppl it can be noisy for a short time especially with wooden flooring but didn’t ruin the stay "

"The staff was very professional and friendly. They offered to book a taxi for the airport, if we were not going to take public transportation. It was a very comfortable setting with 24/7 front desk coverage. "
