HALF PRICE through June 23rd! Book a last minute Cape Cod getaway now! Beach Parking Sticker is provided! A fantastic Cape house that is perfect for family getaways or small group gatherings. The house is equipped with all the essentials needed for an enjoyable time away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Located only a short distance from the beach, town, and all the necessities for a wonderful vacation.

*willing to do long-term winter rentals (October to May)

The Space:
-Master Bedroom with Queen bed and attached half bath
-2nd bedroom with bunk bed
-Lower level finished walkout basement with pullout king size foam sleeper sofa
-3rd bedroom (Bonus room) in basement with a twin and twin trundle bed
-Pack n play available on request, high chair, toys available
-Beach chairs, towels, and beach toys available
-Large deck off kitchen, outdoor shower, and fire pit

Guest Access:
You will access to the entire property.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Wonderful home
Me and a few friends spent four nights in the house. The beds were comfy, great kitchen for making group meals and nice common spaces. The owners provide a beach pass that helped us visit a few different places. Highly recommended!

Great stay
Nice place to stay. Has a Wii with Mario cart and some fun games which was a fun surprise. Great basement for hanging out. Would say sleeps 5 - 6 extremely comfortably then 7-9 with the little floor mattress or couches. W place overall, right near a couple of parks to play basketball / pickleball/ tennis. Maybe 15 minutes to a beach that they give you a free beach pass to. The property manager definitely managing a lot though because they left us zero laundry detergent, dish washer detergent and barely any toilet paper.
