I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning after a good nights sleep. It was good to know that the front desk was available 24/7. I turned the heater off once i was going to sleep so the sound going on and off wont wake me. It worked out very well.

Basic hotel. In the winter the rooms get chilly, no weatherstrip on door. Still a great view if you can ignore the buildings on the street below. Excellent location for Sedona and Verde Valley.

Overall the room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. We loved the location! The only problem with the room was the wall heater was very noisy and we couldn't use it during the night.
