Newly Remodeled Home on Main St in Charming Old Town Cottonwood!

Location, location, location!!!

This inviting, freshly remodeled home has it all! Featuring high end finishes and sitting in the heart of charming Old Town Cottonwood, this home is walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and wineries in town. The home is conveniently located near playgrounds for kids, and trails that lead you to the Verde River and Dead Horse State Park.

The house is three bedroom/two full baths and will comfortably sleep six people on one king bed a queen bed and one day bed with pull out trundle bed. Features include, new central A/C with gas heating, WiFi with streaming capability, cable tv, a large family sectional, wood-burning fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen.

Included gated front/backyard, parking for two vehicles (with street parking, if needed).

The weather in Cottonwood, AZ is much cooler than Phoenix and Tucson in the summer, with mild winters that sometimes include snow! The famous red rocks of Sedona and mining/ghost-town of Jerome are a quick fifteen minute drive away! We always recommend the local state parks for biking, hiking, and fishing. Sister town, Clarkdale is three minutes away with a great Copper Museum and Verde Canyon Railway that explains the history of our small mining towns. Visit the Native American ruins of Tuzigoot while you are in town, raft the Verde River to one of our many local wineries, or cool off with a swim in Oak Creek Canyon.

This is a very nice house in a perfect location. Walk to local restaurants (try Red Rooster for breakfast) easy drive to Sedona and Jerome. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location, great house!
We stayed here on our recent girls' trip and had a great experience! The house was clean and had everything we needed, the fenced backyard was private and cozy for having coffee in the morning, and it's a short walk to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The owner is very responsive and helpful too. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for enjoying the quaintness of Cottonwood.
Being only minutes away from Sedona and being in the heart of Cottonwood made this location perfect. The house is lovely and there is plenty of room to sprawl out yet feel cozy.

Nice location. Like that we could walk to everything in town. Only thing was the traffice noise in the morning. We enjoyed the shopping, Merkin's winery, Colts barbeque, the brewery, hiking, and short day trips to Jerome and Sedona area.
