Ocean front property in Arizona.

We welcome you and your loved ones to the 7J Ranch. The 7J Ranch is a 4000 square foot, two story home situated on 1.6 acres of enclosed property. It is nestled in the foothills of Mingus Mountain, and our 60-ft deck overlooks Sedona’s Red Rocks. You can watch as they change in the sunlight through the day, from a dusky red in the morning to almost purple at sundown.

Our home has the space to comfortably sleep 12 adults. Our home features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a billiards room.

Parties larger than 12 adults should inquire about our “Bunkhouse” which provides 4 additional single beds and 2 Adult queens, plus 600 sqft of space at with a refrigerator and microwave at a fixed cost.

Our fully-equipped kitchen and grill can handle the most bountiful spreads, and we have indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is ample seating for all to lounge and re-energize. All will enjoy the beautiful Arizona night sky in the private spa and pool—especially after lighting a fire in our outdoor kive fireplace.

Complimentary spa heat every day from 6pm-10pm.

Sibling Reunion
This property worked very well for our sibling reunion as it had plenty of space and accommodations for our group. Michael, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable! One of our highlights was the amazing view from the top deck! ❤️ This property will definitely be our choice for future visits!

Beautiful house
The house is beautiful and large enough for groups. Overall it was pretty clean. The washer and dryer didnt work very well but everything else was good. There is a lot to do in the area. Make sure you take the train through the Verde Valley while you are there it was awesome!

We hade a wonderful stay here. The pictures do not do this house justice. Michael was a great host and attended to any issues or questions quickly. The only negative was really a misunderstanding on our part..we didnt realize thay the hours we requested the jacuzzi be heated the pool woulnt be. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience
This was an amazing stay from booking to checkout. The manager was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our niece felt celebrated for her birthday from the moment she stepped in the house. He checked in to make sure our needs were met and to make sure the pool and hot tub were at appropriate temperatures. The house was beautiful and just lovely. It fit the whole family and was just lovely. Loved the views and the location. We will definitely be coming back again!

Awesome house/views
Friends wanted to get away and relax with each other. This place did exactally that! It is a beautiful spacious house and grounds. It was well stocked for us that many other VRBOs don,t provide. The manager, Michael, was very helpful with information about the area and went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. There were even little surprises that we weren,t expecting! The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. We took the Verde River train ride and shopped at the many speciality shops, but there is alot more to see and do it the area. Would definatley stay there again!

Tremendous Weekend!
We had the absolute best time staying here for MLK weekend! There were 20 of us and we fit very comfortably! We surprised a friend that moved down to Arizona about two years ago :). The house was huge, beautiful, and clean. The area had so much to do and great food and drinks! We will definitely be back! The property manager was also the most accommodating person ever!

FANTASTIC!
EXCELLENT house for parties of 8 or more. Exceptionally clean; very spacious and well designed layout. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for large groups. The pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace are ideal for relaxing. Both decks, upper and lower, are inviting and have plenty of chairs plus picnic tables for outdoor eating. A pool table downstairs and the ping pong table and cornhole boards outside on the lower deck are an added bonus. Michael, the home caretaker, was very responsive to any and all communication and needs. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Family reunion
Our stay at 7J's Ranch in May 2024 was fabulous!! First of all, our host, Michael, was wonderful and so accommodating. He was always available if we had any question or needed anything. The property is awesome. You walk in the front door and the view of the valley you see out the back windows is breathtaking! The first words out of my husband's month were " We should book this for our next get together." The beauty of the morning sunrises is magnificent. The house itself is laid your very well to accommodate many people comfortably. I highly recommend staying at 7J's Ranch. Plus, there were many fun things to explore in the area. One of our favorites was going to the little town of Jarome. .

Very nice location and perfect for larger groups.
This house works really well for large groups. We were only 8 but could have had a lot more and still been very comfortable here. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The views were gorgeous. Short trip to Sedona but lots of fun right in Cottonwood. Make sure to take a trip up to Jerome too. Fun little mountain town with lots of charm. House is very well equipped for anything you need.

This place was amazing, Joe was very helpfull through out my booking, Joe was very generous with letting me check in early. We had 10 people in our stay, but could of had about 6 more, house is huge and has amazing views. Only downfall was the pool needs an upadete and would of prefered the jacuzzi would be turn on (hot water) at our own discretion other than 6pm-10pm (hot water only) and bubble didnt work, other than that this was a great stay and would stay here again in the future, would also recommend to family and friends.

Best Family vacation ever!!
What a wonderful place to stay to celebrate Grandpa’s 80th birthday with our children and grandchildren and Great grandchildren! Our family of 18, ages 10 to 90, had a wonderful time! When first walking through the door, the view is absolutely breathtaking. The house was spacious and very clean with a well-stocked kitchen utensil, pots & pans, plates, glasses. Plenty of comfortable beds. The Hot tub was heated late afternoons and thoroughly enjoyed. The upper deck was great morning and evening for our group to hang out together. Kids and adults enjoyed the fireplace, pool table, cornhole game and ping pong table. Micheal went out of his way to make sure our needs were met and very generous with making sure we had plenty of firewood for the beautiful fireplace. We also enjoyed the surrounding area, exploring the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Cottonwood, and Jerome.

Georgious View, very close to wineries and downtown tasting rooms
Great experience booking for a larger group of women as there were lots of beds, space to roam about, and a great recreation room. Owners were very responsive, very easy to communicate back and forth with as they were very quick to reply. The house is very nice, kitchen is large and easy for a few cooks to be in the kitchen at the same time. There is utility room right off of the kitchen, which was great for storing your sundries instead of having all of that on counter tops. We will book this again.

We loved the beautiful house.
We loved the beautiful house and view of sky and valley. It was clean and well equipped. the owner was responsive. Five of the six bedrooms were fine. The sixth had no windows and lacked ventilation. The spa was not working for us until late in our stay but was good when available. We felt the price of the rental was fine.

Nice place to stay
Location great, plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are nice but the bees are irritating. We bought some bait for the trap on the second day and that was better. We didn’t have enough towels. There are lights that don’t work as well as the fans on the deck. The previous review said the ice machine in the two refrigerators were broken. They still were. Overall nice place to stay.

Perfect for our family reunion
Our family of 19, ages 12 to 89, had a wonderful time! When we first walked through the door, the view was breathtaking, better than the photos. Everything was very clean and worked. Well-stocked kitchen utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses etc. Comfortable beds, and plenty of pillows and towels. Fun pool toys, pool temperature perfect. Hot tub heated late afternoons was all we needed. Outside upper deck was great morning and evening gathering space for our group. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, cornhole game and ping pong table. We also enjoyed the surrounding area: hiking, kayaking, Montezuma Castle & Well, swimming in Beaver Creek, exploring Sedona and Jerome. A memorable family reunion. Thank you, Joe!

Perfect for a large group
There were 9 of us in our group ranging from 6-76 years old. This house was perfect for the size of our group. The house was very convenient to Sedona, Jerome and Downtown Cottonwood. We also made the trek up to the Grand Canyon. There are some finishes that could have been done better and some needed maintenance. We wish there had been a book like other rentals we have used that listed local restaurants, grocery stores, activities and expectations like if we were to wash towels, sheets, which garbage bins are for recycling. Would have loved some containers for leftovers too. Overall we were still very happy with the house. The pool and hot tub were great. It was also nice having the pool table, ping pong table & cornhole.
