What a great place to stay! We were looking for some place reasonably priced that could accommodate our pup. This place was perfect! Quiet country setting with room for our dog to run around. The owner was friendly but gave us plenty of privacy. The living space was small but accurately represented in the photos. We would definitely stay again.

My 11-year-old son and I arrived with our dog at about 6:15 p.m. and all we wanted to do was rest. It was really nice to have a safe, clean, extra quiet place to do so. This property was incredibly peaceful, host was super friendly and helpful, it felt safe as compared to some of the reviews for hotels in Redding. The bed was also ridiculously comfortable. Highly recommend.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable for my wife and me. We needed a place to stay for a wedding that we were attending. I didn’t feel comfortable with the reviews of the hotels in Redding and this small private place was perfect. It was clean with great wifi. We had the option to cook and sit outside. Chelley was a great host and the price was competitive. I would stay there again and I recommend it for any couple traveling in the Redding area.

Cottonwood Charmer!
We LOVED our stay here! Everything was clean, thoughtful kitchenware (everything you’d need), wonderful yard for our ball-fanatical dogs! Chelley was responsive and accessible as a host. Honestly, if we're going through this area again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here, rather than a crowded, expensive motel in Redding! It's so much better for us and the pups in beautiful Cottonwood!

We love this country home
Very nice space. We enjoyed hearing the cows mooing in the pastures, clean, good shower, few minutes from I-5. We will stay here again. Very quiet, cute little place. Easily accessible to the freeway. Cottonwood is a lovely town. I would definitely stay there again., we enjoyed our visit. Chelly is a lovely host.

Excellent layover spot for travellers
We were on a long road trip and this was a perfect place to stop and stay the night. Super close to the freeway, but quiet, a walkable road to get some exercise. My husband would have preferred an indoor dining table, but I enjoyed eating outside on the little patio. Either way, I knew there was no indoor dining table and was fine with that . I definitely recommend and would stay there again!

This cute little tiny home was wonderful! It had a full kitchen and living area. It also had a full sized bedroom and bathroom. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The TV in the living area was a little bit tricky to use. But the one in the bedroom was great. I would also recommend to the owner to provide a fold up table or TV trays, as there isn’t anywhere to eat or play games inside. There is a small deck outside with a small table, however.

We love this country home with fully furnished, cleanliness and wonderful owners. Everything is perfect the way we wish for! The location is so close to the Redding downtown and very convenient to find stores, gas station, ATM and more around this place. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and safety measure during this pandemic.

Overall, it was quiet. However, the bathtub didn't drain well, making showers a challenge and the toilet was in need of a deep clean.
