"The room is very clean and comfortable. I love how the bedding is so soft. As if surrounded by a down comforter. We had a room on the 2nd floor. This was a bit of a challenge since there isn't an elevator. But I'll just make sure to get a ground floor room next time. If I had to select a downside, it would be the 32" TV. It's adequate, but we're all just used to bigger TV's. I would definitely stay here again. "

"What a wonderful place for a family Christmas get together in Cotter. The Firehouse is a gorgeous property, the owners thought of every detail when doing this rental. It is perfect for large groups. We had our family Christmas here, and what a great time!! The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything. The location was perfect and was close enough to walk down to the Christmas lights at Cotter Spring, a walk to lunch at the White Sands. The beds are comfy in each room, and it is decorated so cute. There are plenty of towels, and extras, and we did not want for a thing while we stayed here. The owner was great to respond to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this rental. Great little place in downtown Cotter. "

"Putting two yappy chihuahuas in the room closest to the front desk was not a smart move! They barked all night at every little noise at the front desk or in the lobby!"

"We stayed here for a family get together. It was the perfect place to share with a large family. Lots of things to do in the house (Pool table, arcade games, tvs, board games) and walking distance to the river for fishing. The two kitchens, one in each living space was nice. Make sure you take time to figure out (or ask about) the light switches in the main level, as it is not obvious and helps for sleeping in the loft. "
