"Noisy lobby with a full blown party going on when we arrived for check-in. It was difficult to even talk with the employee who was checking us in because we could not hear each other over the noise. I did not hear the noise in the bedroom, but I did hear everything that went on in the nextdoor room, Property is OK for a one-night stay but not much more. "

"The Turtle Bay Inn is very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable & air conditioned. The shower was hot. Coffee excellent & breakfast sandwich was delicious. It’s in a residential area just around the corner from the. Plaza where u catch boats for excursions. "

"This hotel was definitely my favorite from all the hotels I stayed in during my week in PR. The hotel is beautiful, the views, plants and decorations are like straight out of a magazine. The staff was so professional and caring. Anything you could want is a short walk away. However, the only downside is you have to drive to the nearby towns of you want to go to the beach. Other than that, this place is pretty much perfect. "

"Place great, 2 bedroom was perfect small kitchen, hot water. Pool good. The only problem here is to contacted the front desk by phone. Never answered but soon you there everything when super good. Loved"

"Great decor with bright colors and Pop culture icons. Some minor issue with the facility - sink drained slowly, shower handle was difficult to turn. no iron and no trashcan. Somewhat noisy with the entertainment downstairs. Overall interesting experience- satisfactory and good for short stays."
