"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else. "Great location for a one-night stay. Awesome service, room was modern and clean. One minus are the beds and mattresses. Beds are just single, not even twin size and mattress was too soft. "The hotel rooms are in major need of modernisation, extremely dated by modern standards. I think it is the only hotel where there as been a corby trouser press in the room. The room itself was very hot and there was no fan in the room. The pillows were just awful, they just disappeared into nothing when you put your head on them. "
