This villa with a large open-plan living area is located on the mezzanine floor with an entrance from the private garden.
It consists of a living room, kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, an attic with a single bed and a pull-out bed and a large garage with a bathroom and laundry room.
The kitchen is brand new and modern, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine and everything you need to spend a nice holiday.
On the second and top floor, there is another large area with a single bed and a pull-out bed.
On the ground floor, there is a large garage with parking space and space for bicycles, an anteroom with laundry and washing machine.
Air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, stereo system and free Wi-Fi.
Large enclosed private garden with sun loungers and table for outdoor dining.
This detached villa is located a short distance from the centre of Garda and the shores of the lake and a few minutes from the picturesque hinterland.
The proximity of the lake and the mountains makes this villa very popular, and its furnishings are well cared for in every detail.
Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet holiday close to the lake.

Nice villa with reasonable price
We enjoyed the house, the interior and garden a lot with a total of 5 adults and 2 dogs. It is dog friendly as the premise is fenced. The neighbors (owner) were very friendly. The check-in, done via an agency was very short and a bit hectic, friendly, but no introduction to the house, no time to go through rooms. All in all we had a lovely stay. No check-out other than leaving the keys in the house which meant leaving the house door open and no handover with checking and handing over every room. We should have insisted to do differently or at least take pictures of every room before we left. Because unfortunately we were confronted 3 days after departure with damages we have definitely not caused (one was mold of a basket which cannot be caused in a 5 days stay and the other broken glass of a light). The proof pictures were taken after cleaning the house which was obvious. If we break something, we would always report and pay! It was word against word between the cleaning lady and us and we do not have any proof in our hand. For the sake of getting our peace back and not bother the friendly owner, we decided to take over one of the payment, even we insist that we did not cause it. It is really unfortunate but a lesson learned: insist on proper check-in and out procedure!

Geräumiges Haus mit Seeblick
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit Garten, Doppelgarage und einer tollen großen überdachten Terrasse, die unser Lieblingsplatz war und auf der wir auch im ärgsten Gewitter draußen sitzen konnten. Von dort hat man sogar einen Blick auf den See. Innen ist das Haus großzügig aufgeteilt und es gibt 2 moderne Bäder und viel Schrankfläche. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage war ein absoluter Bonus bei der Hitze. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt dort.

Hervorragend mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit tollem Garten in bester Lage in Costermano. Das Haus ist architektonisch gelungen. Die Klimaanlage ist ausreichend dimensioniert, um sämtliche Räume zu kühlen. Es steht eine sehr große Garage zur Verfügung, durch die man unmittelbar in das Haus gelangt. Sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und bis zum See ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Leider entsprach die Ausstattung nicht in jeder Hinsicht dem Niveau des Hauses. Es wäre zu empfehlen, z.B. das Kochgeschirr, welches schon ziemlich verbraucht aussieht, zu erneuern. Die Betten in einem der Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss waren leider von minderster Qualität. Ein Metallgestell, an dem Latten unmittelbar befestigt waren. Die Latten lösten sich und die übrigen zerbrachen nach und nach. Unser Sohn musste ins Dachgeschoss umziehen, was aber kein Problem war. Auch war die Küche nicht gut gereinigt. Etwas schwierig war auch die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Leider spricht sie, anders als es die vorherige E-Mail-Korrespondenz vermuten lässt und abweichend von den Angaben im Inserat, nicht gut Deutsch und Englisch. Möglicherweise aufgrund dieser Sprachbarriere wirkte sie auf uns nicht sehr freundlich und dazu hektisch. Einen Austausch des defekten Betts bot sie nicht an. Mit einer Mappe im Haus werden allerdings alle wesentlichen Aspekte, die man wissen muss, erläutert. Trotz der Einschränkungen sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Woche mit Freunden
Schönes Haus, die Lage gut mit schönem Blick, 3 Terrassen , man kann der Sonne entgegen gehen oder ausweichen, Kritik: grosser Fernseher....aber keine Programme....weder ital., schon garnicht Deutsche Programme, bei Reklamation war die Antwort, die EM läuft in jeder Kneipe...kann man da ansehen....! Naja, ansonsten ok

Toller Aufenthalt
Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung ist super. Bis zum Ort ist es aber ein Fußweg von 30 minuten und danach muss man wieder bergauf. Trotzdem super!

Haus in Costermano
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Haus sehr geräumig und empfehlenswert. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine mit 3 Tassen war definitiv zu klein für 6 Personen. Schön wäre auch ein Wäschetrockner gewesen. Das nur als Anregung. Der Check-in war sehr schnell und nicht sehr höflich. Es fehlten die z.B. Erklärungen zur Klimaanlage. Im Nachhinein mussten wir feststellen das im Keller, Waschküche und Garage kein Strom war. Der Zugang zu den Sicherungen war gesperrt. Glück war das der Besitzer nebenan wohnt und das in Ordnung gebracht hat. Das sind Kleinigkeiten. Im Großem und Ganzen ein schöner, gelungener Urlaub den wir keinesfalls bereuen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.👍

Wohlfühloase in Garda
Perfekt um Garda und Umgebung kennenzulernen mit Hund. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. An der Gardasee sind es zu Fuß 30 Minuten, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten.

Waren Anfang April im Haus. Das Haus ist super sauber. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Tolle Lage mit toller Aussicht. Leider durfte man den Ofen im Haus nicht benutzen . Wäre aufgrund der Temperaturen toll gewesen. Super nette Nachbarn. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, klasse Lage oberhalb von Garda mit mega Terrasse mit Seeblick! Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Aber...trotz dass grundsätzlich alles wirklich sauber war, hatten wir den Eindruck, dass es im Haus sehr staubig war. Wir haben 1 großen Haarknäuel auf dem Boden gefunden, der bestimmt schon länger im oberen Stock lag....sehr unappetitlich. Auch an den Wänden im Essbereich teilweise Staubweben.

Villa in schöner Lage
Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 6 Personen und einem Hund. Für uns alle war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Villa mit viel Platz für Alle (auch dem Hund). Die Lage ist, wie im Prospekt beschrieben, oberhalb von Garda am Ende einer Stichstraße. Wie gesagt, es war alles bestens.
