Refused a second key which made planning the day with other couple frustrating. No change of bedding, 10 nites sleeping in same sheets not good especially since the washer did not work . It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. "Nice grounds and pools but the self catering apartments needed an upgrade. First room we were given air conditioning smelt of mould and balcony had a massive overgrown tree blocking any view. They moved us to a better apartment but the air con was extremely noisy and did not cool properly. They made no attempt to fix in our 3 day stay.
