"This has been our second time staying at S’alzinaret and it now feels like a second home to us. The villa is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 12 of us for the week. The pool is a good size and pool towels and a lovely welcome hamper were provided. The air con works well. Ricardo the owner is a pleasure to deal with as was the management company . The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this house and are planning on coming back next year. "

"Cute space. Very clean. Hot water. Nice courtyard space! Good location - proximity to highways. About a 1 mile walk to old town. Very much a local neighborhood so a super way to experience Mallorca. We would stay here again and now know the key things to make it even better! The two pieces of information that would be helpful to know in advance are parking and location of 2nd bathroom... We would encourage sharing details on the parking in advance (in a garage about 1.5 blocks away; no place...

"Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"De villa bestaat uit twee gebouwen. De 3 persoons slaapkamer zit appart van de andere kamers. De kamers zijn prima, alleen het feit dat er geen airco is, is bijna afschrikkend. Het hele bed volzweten en de volgende dag weer in dat zelfde bed zwemmen is niet heel hygiënisch. De reden dat deze villa bijzonder maakt is de tuin, die onwijz groot is met genoeg ligplek. Wel wordt je 24/7 bekeken door bovenstaande appartementen. De plek is voor jongeren heel goed aangezien de bierkönig er terreliik...
