"It was nice and clean place on panoramic street. WE stayed three days. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and helped us number of times with great tips and suggestions. Room are quite small and shower area specially but then that reflects in very reasonable and affordable price for the location. WE enjoyed out stay and had little balcony to enjoy as well as large patio on top of bulding. "

"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. "A great location, close to the city wall, historic town hall, and cathedral, but also on a quiet street with a good cafe on the corner. The proprietors were such nice people and very helpful. The room was large and had an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was European buffet style. Will certainly try here first when we return to Grosseto. "
