"In theory this could have been a bad review. The restaurant and spa were closed for renovation, the lack of soundproofing in the interconnecting rooms meant our noisy neighbours kept us awake at 5am, and we were promised a room with a bath but didn’t get one. "Very clean & modern. Quiet street off beaten track but not far from Piata Romano so near Metro. Plenty of little coffee shops & places for lunch. About 2 mile from Old Town a bit further than looked on map. Said 4 star but no leisure facilities. Included breakfast had plenty of choice."

"Hotel location is great, right in the old town with many bars and restaurants near by. The hotel itself is really beautiful and very nice staff with high service level. The only issue was with the aircon, which was on "winter mode" which made the rooms too warm with no option to cool it a bit. In general, its a great place to stay with very high value for money. "The reception staff were amazing, gave us an upgrade before we come and then upgraded my room again, as it was my birthday, to a MASSIVE room. They were very helpful, the hotel was lovely and clean. Would definitely visit again! Very close to the Therme Spa less than 10mins. Great experience!"
