"Beautiful place in the highlands! The thermal pools are the highlight and the flora and fauna along with the majestic mountains are the backdrop. Loved the onsite restaurant, especially the sea bass in coconut sauce. The spa offers quality massages and wraps at very affordable prices. This is a magical place and I’ll definitely return! "

"We stayed at Rincón de Puembo on our way to the Galápagos and again when we returned. I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing (have the cold shrimp in a chilled soup), and the service is outstanding. We ate at both restaurants but El Grill with outdoor seating was my favorite. "Beautiful property, wirh great views of Cotopaxi from our room. Wonderful to have a wood stove in the room, as it's cold up there and the fire kept us toasty! Franklin was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Food was surprisingly nice, especially the soups and fish. The property is very close to the entrance of the park.
