Loved the city of Plymouth, we were a short walk from some of the main hubs of town, and felt the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. "We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

"We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...

"Our stay was just totally amazing. The Tavistock Town House is a beautiful, very well maintained family home in a perfect central location in Tavistock. Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. All the essentials and more are provided…the welcoming Afternoon tea and milk in the fridge was just the icing in the cake!…will definitely be planning another stay soon !! "
