"Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Felt very safe in knowing elevator safety/access to upper floors was available for hotel staff and guests only. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was a bit long. Will definitely visit again. "

"The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me."

"There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, so we had to call the number listed at the front desk and wait. The gentleman was very nice and wrote our room number, our door code (keyless entry - number lock on each room) and the Wi-Fi password on a small piece of torn notebook paper. While it was nice not having to worry about losing a room key, it was a little strange to have this very informal slip of paper.
