"The personnel is always making sure that your stay is agreable and if anything is needed there are available to answer to your needs. Special thank you to the young Asian lady ( forgive me for not knowing your name ) who made the reservation at a great restaurant and was always ready to help. All the staff is smiling and making sure that our needs and requests are fulfilled, but a special thank you to Luca with whom we had great laughs and conversation every night when we returned from our dinner.
