"Far from the train station. Not a good choice if you have big suitcases. Check-in instruction was confounding, which made the whole process complicated. The owner was impatient to help when calling. He said everything was self-check-in, and he didn't understand me, implying I shouldn't bother him. The hotel doesn't have fringe or complimentary bottled water, as listed on hotels.com. No toiletries or shampoo. Cheap supplies: body wash dispenser hardly come out. One good thing is the heating...

"This property was perfect for our family! We loved how it was an easy walking distance to all the sights and delicious food in Cremona. Erica was a wonderful host, and the decor was lovely.
