Two apartments (Lentisco and Mirto) are located on the lower floor and each features 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers, and an outdoor veranda with a table and chairs.

The other two apartments (Corbezzolo and Melograno) are on the ground floor, with a few steps at the entrance. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double with a single bed and one twin), a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower box, and a veranda with a table and chairs.

The outdoor area includes a large furnished garden, a relaxation zone, two comfortable barbecues, a stone oven, a washing machine corner, outdoor showers, large private parking, and two beautiful swimming pools (with a gradual entry and a shallow water area) with a solarium.
