The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. "The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"A hotel that truly lives up to the rich history of its building—classy ambiance, excellent service, and friendly staff, all in a fantastic location. (However, for first-time visitors to Lisbon, be prepared for the abundance of hills and stairs, which can be quite surprising.) Definitely a place I would revisit! "

"I loved this property, even though we stayed for one night I would stay here again for more days. The aesthetic is a 10/10, the rooms 10/10. Having a kitchenette is very impportant for me. Was not hard to find, and the location is fine. It's not in the city like downtown, but it's near train stations. grocery stores, cafes etc. The room was very clean!! love the black trim in the bathroom."
