"We had a lovely time in Bute. Excellent location. Appartment had everything in it that we needed. It is very spacious. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved watching the boats coming in and going out from the harbour. Excellent communication with Gordon the hpst when we had a couple of queries. He respindee immediately. We would return again."

"Had a long stay at the property, the accommodation is very spacious and clean with loads of amenities. Locations is great with just a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The views from the living room bay wjndows is breathe taking. Would definitely recommend staying here "

"Apartment door lock was challenging Fry pan was badly scarred Washer dryer is difficult to figure out and shakes badly. We enjoyed our stay We recommend a binder with info for those of us who are not used to UK appliances. Otherwise, great place, great location, well furnished, quiet…no noisy neighbours….great easy walks to train and shopping"

"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."
