Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Ambrah lies in a beautiful, tranquil location, just 6 km from Macerata, one of the most beautiful towns, rich in history and culture, of the Marche and surrounded by its rolling hills. The house was skilfully renovated in 2006 and features high quality finishing touches such as terracotta floors and wooden-beamed ceilings; the bright, fresh and welcoming interior, on different levels and furnished with a happy medium between old and modern, is typical of Marche houses. The large portico, surrounded by the scent of roses, creates a pleasant, warm and welcoming atmosphere for enjoying outdoor meals. A rural world where guests will discover a genuine relationship with nature and benefit from it for their psychophysical wellbeing.

Interior:
The property consists of a main building and a pool house. The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, TV/sitting room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. These last two rooms have direct access out to the portico. The ground floor is completed by a twin bedroom with joinable beds, served by a bathroom with shower. This room has direct access to both the garden and the garage, inside which is the laundry room. A wooden staircase in the living area leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area composed of four double bedrooms, a triple bedroom with two joinable beds and a single bed in the loft. This floor is completed by three bathrooms with shower. The annex is located on the second terracing with respect to the house, on the same level as the swimming pool, and consists of a small sitting room furnished with sofas and a kitchenette. Not connected but attached to it, with independent access, are two changing rooms with two bathrooms with shower.

Park:
The completely fenced-in property covers an area of about one hectare spread over three terracings. Inebriating aromas of jasmine envelop a romantic pergola which guests can enjoy at any time of the day, while the scent of wisteria and roses surrounds the house. A splendid portico in front of the dining room, set up for outdoor dining, is one of the focal points of the entire property. The garden is completed by fruit trees (apple, pear, plum and apricot) together with oaks, acacias and olive trees. On the third terracing of the park is a multipurpose synthetic tennis court. It is reached by continuing along the grass path that leads to the swimming pool. The court can be used for games of 5-a-side soccer, tennis or volleyball with your family or friends.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, is about 50 m from the property and on lower terracing with respect to the house. Enveloped by nature, it can be reached down a flight of stone steps or along a little path on one side of the lawn. It can also be reached from another external entrance with gate. The rectangular pool measures 14 x 7 m with the depth varying from m 1,30 to 4 m. It has chlorine purification, PVC lining, a diving board and internal lighting. Access to the water is via elegant steps on one side or a classic ladder. The 300 sq m stone-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool is a pool house with small sitting room, kitchenette and two changing rooms with two bathrooms with shower. Another convenient outdoor cold-water shower is located just a few metres from the pool.
Tennis-court:
On the third terracing of the park is a multipurpose synthetic tennis court. It is reached by continuing along the grass path that leads to the swimming pool. The court can be used for games of 5-a-side soccer, tennis or volleyball with your family or friends.
